The difference

After our standard morning workout, with the unusual; "dude, spandex?! Why you' wearin' girls clothes?!"... Without any shorts left, spandex it was for me, in downtown eastside... Downtown eastside, interesting choice. It had it's ups and downs, ofcourse the first was the fact it was the ghetto and the people, 95% of the junkies but still people, where scary, plain scary. But ont the upside, it was very cheap, it was an experience and it made the contrast enormous, as we went on to real downtown, through the getto, we came to a beautiful city. Great cars, great buildings, well groomed lawns and well groomed people. The contrast between eastside and central made it even more astounding. Walking around, checking out stanley park, just was a nice day, which was just wat we needed, relaxing, refreshing but not wasted! We agreed to be home before sunset, as we did not walk through the streets in the dark, oh and we had to get up at 4.30-.-
